Maintenance Requests
Maintenance requests can be submitted via this link. Be sure to include the contact information of the tenant that will be responsible for meeting the repairman.
Steps for Roommate Replacement or Sublease
- Find a new tenant that all your roommates will allow to move into the house. You and your roommates will be required to sign a lease amendment at a later date agreeing to this new tenant replacing you. Have new tenant secure a guarantor
- Have new tenant apply online on this website using the link on the home page and Venmo the $60 fee to @rentmaroon. Personal checks not accepted.
- We will process new tenant’s application and email him/her a guarantor form to be filled out and returned
- Once new tenant and guarantor are approved, a $200 transfer fee as outlined in the Addendum A of your lease is to be sent via Venmo to @rentmaroon
- We will email out a lease amendment to all parties for electronic signatures completing the transfer
**Please note that the security deposit will stay with the unit and not be affected, any refund or transfer of portions of the deposit must be handled by the tenants privately**
